ELISE: I just feel so bad about it though. You told me Captain Goggles was coming. HE even told me that he was coming. He was going to beat the army here so that he could save his city. But then he never showed up.
MISS MAY: Oh, no. He's still coming, Elise. When Goggles makes a promise he always keeps it. Something must have held him back.
ELISE: Do you really think so?
MISS MAY: I KNOW so.
